What this policy covers

This policy covers the website delicinnovation.no. The AntiSlop app and antislop.no have their own privacy policy.

The contact form

When you send a message, I process your name, your email address and what you write. It is only used to reply to you and follow up on your enquiry.

The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), or steps taken before a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b)).

The message reaches me as an email sent through the email service Resend. The website does not keep messages in a database, does not write their content to logs and sends you no automatic email.

Hosting and technical logs

The website is hosted by Vercel. When you visit, Vercel processes technical details such as IP address, browser type and time of the request to deliver the pages and protect the service from abuse.

Visitor statistics

I use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are visited. It uses no cookies and does not follow you across websites. The figures I see are aggregated and not linked to you as a person.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The language follows the address (/ for Norwegian, /en for English).

Fonts, images and links

Fonts, images and video are served from this website. The page does not load content from Google or other third parties while you read it. Links to LinkedIn, GitHub and antislop.no open those websites, which have their own terms.

Processors and transfers outside the EEA

• Vercel Inc. (USA): hosting, technical logs and visitor statistics
• Resend Inc. (USA): delivery of email from the contact form

These providers process data on my behalf under a data processing agreement and may process it in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.

How long data is kept

• Enquiries are deleted when they are no longer needed to follow up, and after two years at the latest.
• Details that become part of a customer relationship may be kept longer where bookkeeping rules require it.
• Technical logs and statistics are deleted according to Vercel’s fixed retention periods.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction and deletion, ask me to restrict processing, object to it, and ask for a copy of your data. Email lazar@delicinnovation.no. You will get a reply within one month.
